Purpose of the Manual

The manual defines service standards, hygiene rules, operational procedures, human resource policies, and the legal framework governing employment, staff conduct, and workplace responsibilities.

Applicability

All policies comply with Thai Labour Law. This manual applies to all employees without exception.

Authority Structure

All staff matters are managed solely by WhatEver Deli, Co., Ltd. The landlord (Niramaya / Kang Seng Development) has no authority to direct staff.
